• When booking an appointment, I require a retainer of half the cost of service.

• Cancellations are to be made within 24 hours of appointment time. If you must cancel and it is after the 24 hour window, You forfeit your retainer and it will not be refundable.

• For Makeup appointments, Make sure your face is washed and clean of all make up. i will skin prep before make up application.

• For Hair appointments, please have hair washed prior to appointment.
